My philosophy runs on three ideas. Kaizen: small, compounding improvements beat waiting for one big move. Leverage: minimum input for maximum output, put yourself where a small action pays out disproportionately, then let it compound. Archimedes said it best: "Give me a place to stand and a lever long enough, and I will move the world." Staying agile: pivot when the terrain changes, and go to work in unfamiliar territory instead of waiting to feel ready. Automation is the purest form of leverage I know, which made becoming a Controls Engineer a natural pathway to it. I practice that at GE Vernova, and off the plant floor I'm building KaizenEdge AI and Trendly.
